    Smoking a whole chicken

    I usually always spatch birds these days when grilling/smoking only cut completely in half,ducks,.chicken,game hens and turkey,90% of the time on the weber kettle grill and cherry wood for a sweet smokey flavor.

    Lake superior north shore~ Every fall these odd looking salmon come in to spawn bye the 100's,not worth a shit to eat unless smoked but damn fun to catch,once in the shallow stream they die off quickly as they start to rot after they lay eggs,thought you guys would like a looksey at one.

    Angler of the year championship was held on mille lacs lake in central Mn,not a bass fisherman myself but took a looksey at the final results,only sheep shit!     Don't know about others but wilst big game hunting in grizz country weapon of choice is my side arm or rifle,I used mace while fishing in alaska walking along the rivers when we came across fresh bear scat still steaming to cover our scent as we backed away from the area.Here today so it worked.
