    You have to train her to use one spot in the yard to go to the bathroom. Not too hard, just every time she looks like she is going to pee or poop and it's not in the area you want, you have to tell her NO then point her in the direction you want her to go. Did this with my lab at my old house...

    I have heard good things about these, may have to pick up a pair one of these days. I have no problem spending good money on boots, if your feet are getting wet or sore you won't be hunting as hard the next day. Guy spends a lot of money to go on a trip, good boots are a priority.

    It's all mental, if you want it you can achieve it. As far as food goes, stay away from processed crap. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, cut out soda and drink lots of water. Bake your fish man, it's a nice change of pace. Lots of good recipes on the net for baking fish to try. Good luck...

    Whoever hit that house had to be cruising at a good clip to do that kind of damage. Actually surprised it didn't poke a hole in the radiator and leave a trail for someone to follow.

    Did P90X for about 6 weeks and then my knees and shins started bothering me from all the jumping. Also HATED doing the yoga, hour and a half is too long. Works good if you can do the program how it was intended and not puss out on some of the exercises. For sale if anyone wants it. Went back...
