    My gut reaction would think you sprained your AC joint (separated shoulder). It would be real easy to tell if you had pain over that joint compared with pain over the side of your arm which could indicate rotator cuff. Or you can have a torn labrum. If it is separated and you have a step-defect...

    Yes. I did it with New York strip and it wasn't as tender as I had hoped. Definitely a "beefier" or "umami" flavor. Wish I would have tried a ribeye roast. Here's another one of my favorites to cook presentation-wise. Flat-iron steaks are pretty tasty too!

    I've always liked a Ruth's Chris fillet, but the most unique steak I've ever had was a Wagyu A5 from Tom Colicchio's Craft Steak in Vegas. The flavor was amazing....the consistency of the meat was almost too tender.

    I do have to say MossyMO, I can't tell the difference with the new Tatonka Dust, even raw it seems to taste the same to me. I hope you never run out again, that was a long two year wait! Here's one of my favorite things to make presentation-wise. Pork crown roast.

    L&M has good steaks, will cut to order if you want. Sam's club also has an excellent meat department, and they sell prime too if you want a really good steak, or buy a prime ribeye roast and cut your own....just be prepared for some sticker shock.

    Just read in the GF Herald this morning that the city had to pump 700,000 gallons of sewage into the Red River after last weekends 6 inches to keep the wastewater system operational and prevent backup into homes. Normally the system pumps 8-9 million gallons a day. Saturday it pumped 27.8...

    Alabama Shakes is hardly gay shit, they fucking jam! The new Black Keys album is awesome from start to finish as well. I'm sure I'll get ridiculed for this, and I can't believe I like it myself, but the new Post Malone is very solid. Going to Robert Plant tomorrow at Bluestem....can't wait!
