    Government programs require an annual budget and when the money runs out the program either falls apart or in the case of the good old USA the treasury loans money. Debt has a stranglehold on all govt programs at this very second.

    I didn’t negative rep or make threats that much I can tell ya. I get on lots of great hunting land but I see pointless destruction that is rampant. I also see top soil blowing. When the dirt storms hit my country home it is a huge mess in the yard and windows etc.

    The habitat destruction is hurrendous and everyone knows it. To point the fingers at the hunters for complaining about losing their ability to do what is right in hunting is a slimy scenario. Quite disappointing also.

    The polls are meaningless. There are no solutions to the habitat issue when rent is more profitable than CRP payments. Just leave the tag system alone as any changes made won’t be for the better.

    Crp is not coming back. There won’t be easy rifle tags to draw anytime soon. The NDGF is still radio collaring mountain lions and hauling them around in the badlands. The NDGF awards game warden of the year honors to wardens who chase coyote hunters on snowsleds.
