    4C Mulie buck for me. Glad someone in our group got drawn since I'm not sure how many more years my old man is going to be able to go. Pretty sure it will be my last hunt with him with me having a tag. Looking forward to it.

    Thanks shadrap! Wish I could say that the only dumb thing I did today was ask about prop works prices without even looking at their website but not watching my map chip was also dumb as I ran over a island that was a foot under water. New boat doesn't look so new now.

    Anyone have an idea of how much it costs to repair a stainless prop? Specifically from prop works in Bismarck? Dinged up all 3 blades today, not anything major and it seemed to run fine but I know it can cause more problems if it goes unfixed. Thanks.

    Vollmer, has your kicker always had trouble getting below 2 mph? It may need an adjustment. I was breaking in my 9.9 today and got it down to 0.8 mph. Not sure what boat you have but unless it's a canoe you shouldn't have a problem getting it that slow. Just a thought.

    I have been out on the water once but not in my boat. Tomorrow will be the first time I will get it out. It is going to suck though because I will be breaking in two motors so no fishing for me. Man I hate sitting on the water all day and not being able to fish.

    2 piece or 1 piece rod

    I agree with johnr, one piece all the way. The only two piece rods I own are trolling rods and they are around 8 foot rods. Easier for storage and don't necessarily need the sensitivity of a one piece when trolling IMO.
