    Well you would probably have to factor in deer that were going down anyway due to disease or injury or any other such reason. They will target them first and that's more or less playing with house money. Now how much that plays into it is hard to say but it must be there to at least some extent.

    Especially when you factor in the back to back to back clippers they are calling for over the next few days. With temps that cold even flowing flood water is likely to lock up especially if you start dropping snow in it.

    I'm curious with the second one since it sure looked to be local natives mainly involved with that one yet all charged are from well out of the area. They definitely got someone to talk but apparently none of the locals.

    Not sure if it ever got set up but they were inviting the protesters as they were forced out of Sacred Stone down to the powwow grounds in Eagle Butte.

    The three main camps were all closed as of last week. The cleanup at the big camp wrapped up late last week and they had moved on to sacred Stone and rosebud as of the last report I saw. Not sure what happened to the Cheyenne River private camp that had been set up just above the river valley...

    That's what I was hoping for to but I've yet to see it punch through any of the lakes Ive looked at first hand. Hell I've barely seen any water actually run down the low spots... most just got sucked up by the dry soil or soaked up by what snow still remained.

    The south east corner has far different conditions then up north so they won't be near as quick to move. This is down at verona at 11:30 today.
