    South of Inland Truck parts and Service or east of Nelson International truck shop back in that area a couple blocks south of Oasis truck stop. Not sure of the name everyone I know just calls it the truck wash but I did a search and found it listed as Quality clean-up.

    Imagine the water contamination if an oil train were to derail on the bridge in Bismarck which is statistically higher in comparison to a pipeline leaking 90 feet under the river bed. Again as stated a few times already it isn't about the pipeline anymore I would have to partly agree with.
