    Was actually over 1600 / acre of actual land, looking at the description there was only 36 acres of land that sold for $58K, the rest is water or slough the way it looks.

    Same here, had to have the machine shop do a major repair on the blower impeller and I did some other improvements to it while it was totally disassembled and glad i did as it works better than it ever has. I have put more hours on my Kubota tractor in the last month than the last several years...

    Have an odd setup being I have a propane power vent heater which is a short model, no stores carry what I need so would have to reinvent the wheel in order to swap over to a different style heater. Seems the contractors have access to what i need but I can't seem to find one at any retailers...
