    Last year I bought a Honda light 4stk Strikemaster and Wade at Dakota tackle suggested I don't use the lazer blades. So I have chipper on 8" auger and really like the set up. Best auger / blade I have touched.

    If the tough bites are in clear water. Seek stained warmer water. Warm water is usually deepest part of the lake this time of year. i started doing better last year in warmer water and not fishing gin clear lakes.
