    Thanks! Whats crazy is i had a buddy pull the same unit with 2. I have never had a ND rifle tag before so i am going to do my best to hold out for a dandy since this unit has been closed for so many years. Going to be fun!

    The difference in 96-97 was that we had 2 million MORE acres of crp in the state than we did with teh latest bad winters. When mother nature calls, and there isnt habitat to ride out the storm....thats when populations crash.

    They need an option to buy points like Wyoming, but stay out of the lottery. That way people can actually plan their hunts. And it increases the odds for people who actually would like to draw tags in a given year. It would also be a way to raise more funds by selling a point, with no refund...
