    No bones? But how can you make delicious osso bucco without the shank bones? For deer sized game I leave the quarters on the bone. Can make it in one trip usually. Call me stubborn but there's nowhere in this state more than 3 miles from a road and I like rigid quarters rather than big ol sloppy...
