    Mapping is addictive

I read on walleye central that my onix would only store about 8 hours of mapping with out the zeroline card so i got autochart pro and a card for 150 from Bass Distributing

    Humminbird Unimap

the unimap is not very detailed... lowrance nor humminbird built in maps are very good... humminbird does have the ability to map the lake yourself with autochart and a zeroline card... but then you have to find all those shallow spots yourself once or twice

    Best rod holders?

i use all ram rod holders and troll a lot... I have never been worried my rod holder is going to break... More worried my rods are going to break before the holder, I've had 40" pike slam cranks and the rod holder doesn't budge but my rod bends all the way down to the reel

    Fishing~ Who likes to~

I don't have any pictures but my red lab loves to go and shuns me at home if I don't take him but 100 lb lab that can and will try to jump from the bow over the motor at 40 is not really safe so I can only take him on days that I don't plan to hop around

This a good deal on a Hummingbird?

IMHO I would not go into an older model of the humminbirds if you don't already have other graphs that will network with it already because they are transitioning into the helix ion and onix models which all communicate within their model lines and share all capabilities with each other
