    Not for a first offense but definitely for a second. Not that that would be much of a deterrent for future poaching since they obviously don't follow the law anyway.

    People think a cow tag is easier to fill which is actually not the case IMO. A cow elk tag in ND has to be one of the hardest tags to fill. But if your just interested in getting a tag and going hunting that's definitely the route to take.

    The baiting ban is all about one thing, morals. Has nothing to do with disease or science it's about people pushing their morals on everyone else. It's been going down that road for awhile now and it's only going to get worse.
