    ive noticed mine switch depending on how I write my name. if I put my full first name I come up with 5 pts, if you write the shortened version 0 pts. all else remains the same address, SSN etc. I was told the bonus pts go off SSN so how I enter my name shouldn't matter but that's a line of bull...
