    you cant beat a good rod, if you pay 300 to 400 hundred dollars for a rod and use it for 5 to 10 years thats not too bad of a cost per year. and pretty sure more fish are caught on cheap rods than spendy rods

    the new aluminum snow shoe with cleats are great just make sure to get a set big enough to add some floatation. All the bindings i have seen will adjust from a work boot to a pack boot. they pack a nice trail. I bought some off ebay cheap to leave on my snowcat all the time.
