    I ordered all new kuiu stuff and it is a little snug with 32's. I thought about going to 34's but thats pretty big. I guess losing a bowling balls worth of weight is the answer.

    Im shooting 75 grain amax's with a 24 inch barrel with a load of 38 grains of imr 4350. The MV is pushing 3400 FPS. The gun is a long range monster with that load.

    Exactly marbleyes. - - - Updated - - - Every fenwick rod besides my current hmg telescoping rod has broke. The tips just snap off on them. My previous hmg telescoping rod broke at the tip and i have a free replacement now. Good rods do not break unless you really eff up.

    This time of the year i think a cooler with ice is best. If i decide to just use the livewell i keep it on all day. That warm surface water though can make the fish take on an algae smell if it is really green water.

    I have used the lx-7 and the lowrance flasher. They arent as good as the vex for target seperation and working in extreme weather when the flasher gets super iced up.
