    Well i connected over the weekend and Nialls meet his maker! and my dirt excavation seems to have stopped. If anyone knows how to score pocket gophers Iam looking to get this one measured, iam thinking it will go boone and crockett. lol,,, Thanks guys for the pocket gopher advise.

    Welp, Check one was a failure. Nialls (Yes, i named him Nialls the Pocket Gopher) packed the trap full of dirt and somehow didnt manged to set the trap off!.. I reset the trap with less resistance for round #2. Will report back, wont be able to check it again till monday.

    Well the trap was set last night and now awaiting results !, Took me a while to find his run but was surprised by the size of it when i did, Iam suspect iam dealing with a trophy caliber sized pocket gopher ( and no this is not my last colonoscopy picture)

    Had a pocket gopher or family move into my front yard.. was moderately tolerant of them at first thinking they would move on,, Wrong! Now they are digging a 5 gallon bucket sized mount of dirt a day/night! Time to kill ! Going to get some gopher traps to put in his runs (if i can find them )...

    How many of you would still bowhunt if you could not bait?

    Ive shot deer both ways.. IN my opinion its only effective on mature bucks in the rut (coming to check does) or during late season with high snow .. My only real gripe with baiting is the jackwagons sitting over the corn pile at two in the morning and then bragging about killing big bucks...

    I have a Garmin Gpsmap 64 hand held Gps, What iam looking for is the Twp and range lines on it so I can knowingly access public land parcels via section lines.. Anyone know of any dowloads i can put on my gps or a better way to figure out how to access section lines using my GPS? Thanks
