    I use the nail knot to nail knot with 10lb triline XT 10' leader.... when i snag i pull on it and break my leader tie up a new quick connect (as it usually breaks at this knot) and move on... sucks losing a $5-20 crank but that's the price of speed

    It'sa 5' rradius... so 10' diameter... and I agree with current it works great... on the lake to sit and cast you have to run all over the damn boat... if you put your big motor down it helps to keep your ass end from swinging around

    The Garmin does not link to your trolling motor so you canuse your gps to spot lock or lock onto a depth line and follow a specific depth hands free so you can just fish and not have to worry about boat control

    Ya that's one of the newest things they are working on with the onyx series... link to tablets and your phone and capabilities to control the trolling motor and electronics from a tablet or phone also

    14 ranger reata with a merc 150 4 stroke 19 pitch prop (needs a 21 pitch) I can hit 43 all day long and 45 on a good day I hit 47 once (I don't know what a light load is always have 2-3 people or a fat lab in the boat)
