    How much different would it have been if the land owner said " you can hunt my land but stay away from section 16 " and the hunter went on section 16 ? He was given permission to hunt with instructions where not to hunt. I assume the land owner had part in the trespass citation

    That I did not know. I do know I called The department of trust lands on a piece out by Sentinel Butte that was illegally posted and the next weekend the sign was removed. They also said if the guy is a repeat offender they can and will revoke his lease.

    perfect reason for not using a operable gun as a " movie prop " . Remove the operable gun from the equation and this does not happen. Even with someone telling him the gun " was good" did that make the chance of it being loaded at ZERO?
