    I dunno why but I've never tried coconut oil. I even have some. I love deep fried fish but I usually pan fry too as its easier for one meal

    I'm not trying to stir the pot here, I just find it interesting that most on here are very wary and mistrustful of the government in general, but totally dismiss the idea that they would have even a small amount to do with 9/11.... just an observation. i don't buy into a lot of the theories out...

    peanut for me too. anything but vegetable oil, eesh for greasy. I've heard cottonseed oil is supposed to be good too - - - Updated - - - canola is a-ok too
