    playing with the sidescan in dirtymikes boat last weekend the one thing i noticed that was pretty interesting was what i would normally think is good "fish holding" structure (boulders, rocks, etc.) and what/where the fish actually hung out were waaaayy off - just slight dips or impressions...

    The panoptix looks very cool! Quite the tool for pitching jigs and cranks. I even saw a video where it was mounted to the transom and tilted down at a 45 degree angle so you could watch your bait while trolling and see fish swipe or follow.
