    Barnes TTSX bullets

I'm with you on the LRX. I've tried and tried to get 127 LRX to shoot in my 264 Win Mag. I really, really, REALLY want it to happen, but have pretty much given up on them out of that rifle. I may try the "leftovers" in my Creedmor.

I did, I can't say as I liked them more than my Harris pods, maybe even a little less to be completely honest. It's really nice not having the weight and the bulk on the end of your rifle but IMO that is the only benefit. I really didn't like the fact that I couldn't leave them on and fold...

They have force-fields made out of voodoo magic....it's a well known fact. - - - Updated - - - Make a chart and adhere it to your rifle. Mine all have MOA and MIL, both elevation and windage. Windage is figured at a full grade 10 mph (you can adjust as needed). As a rule of thumb I dial...

    Barnes TTSX bullets

    - - - Updated - - - 130's out of my 308. Killed over a dozen deer with that load and seen about twice as many shot with it. Same results...dime size in, quarter size out, 25-50 yards and a death wobble. Unless you spine them, neck them, or shoot them in the face.

    Barnes TTSX bullets

TTSX and TSX are my go too hunting bullets in all of my rifles. Have not had one fail me and I don't think I'll hold my breath waiting for it to happen. PS: The 80 gr 6mm TTSX at about 3100ish is a deer slaying machine....

In general I don't shoot at running deer, just too much room for error.

Standard mildot or Moa, take your pick. I have M1s on all my Leupys and Geovids don't lie. I don't like fancy reticles, KISS for me.

    CC permit question

I have a class 2 and a Utah. Originally got the Utah for reciprocity with Minntuckey as I live in West Fargo and frequent that state. Nevertheless the communist state of Minntuckey has since killed reciprocity with the Utah permit. Alas, I may opt for ND Class one during the next...

    Carry rifle and shotgun?

https://www.springfield-armory.com/products/saint-ar-15-pistol-5-56/ This little thing would be a cinch to carry with a 2 point sling while toting grandpa's scatter gun. I have not purchased one....yet. - - - Updated - - - PS: top with any quality mini red dot of choosing
