    What guy said is good advice. One thing I have done is make a brown sugar brine. And let it sit over night adds a little bit of sweetness. Make sure to let it rest good before slicing also.

    If nothing would of chewed on her I would have no problem eating the meat. I would have a hard time eating it after. It probably doesn't have anything wrong with it. If your going to eat it I would make it into sausage and make sure it is cooked all the way.

    The thing that worries me is a haul a lot of weight in the back quite often and I like the stiff side wall. I just don't like that rolling felling of the tire u get of a lesser ply.

    I shoot 150gr of 777 pellets and a Hornady xtp in a 240gr out of a cva and have had good groups. But I don't shoot it much past 75 yards with the open sights.

    In the eastern parts of the state I look for pastures. With hills. Never had good luck in a flat one. Out west it seems like every where u go there is birds.
