    This but I like to leave the husk on and just take the silk off the top. It gives it a smokey flavor. Ribeye is also a family favorite.

    First catch, shot, etc

    Pictures lots of pictures. My 6 year old was able to bag his first turkey this spring I think I have close to 100 pictures from that day. Turkeys are nice first kills it's easy to do a tail and beard mount and nice and cheap.

    Why won't u sell at the September sale? I sold a couple last year in September and averaged about 75 but those were the first ones I ever sent up.

    They keep I have never had to try and keep any over the summer they have always been sent up before that. I know when the are stored waiting for auction they are in a cooled building not sure on temp.

    I use the saw dust directly on the skin as I'm fleshing. Works great when doing the head and neck areas. It also helps get that thin membrane layer off the back legs.

    A good comb to get out burs is a must. Saw dust helps a lot when feshing. I averaged 99$ in the last auction but I don't think it will be that good this time.

    Just flesh and put on a stretcher. No need for salt. The tails need to be split all the way to the tip. If u don't they will fill up with the grease coming out of the skin and rot.
