    The grill top/cover should only open once for a single flip. Consistent cooking temps rule the day. There's an enormous percentage of the general population that doesn't know a mediocre steak from a great one.

    I wish "hunters" wouldn't take the bait on this and would refrain from labeling him a "poacher". This wasn't poaching, because it wasn't hunting, because that white-tailed deer wasn't a big-game animal. Sometimes hunters are our own worst enemy.
