Leaving Drain Plug out until you're at the Ramp

You Macgyver'd the shit outta that! - - - Updated - - - That sounds like a bit that Rodney Carrington could either turn into a good 3-4min song or 15min worth of comic gold.

    MPG towing the boat

You can help your mileage minorly with a good travel cover for the boat and a topper for the pickup. Might net you 2MPG on a flat calm day. The only real honest fuel saving measure though is to slow down. If you want to consistently see 14-16MPG, then the needle needs to be stuck on 60MPH.

Leaving Drain Plug out until you're at the Ramp

Wyoming's efforts at minimizing ANS for comparison: I wish that ND G&F was as thorough and actively engaged as WY G&F is.

    Snagless set up for rocks

If you go fish w/KDM and somehow get the notion to introduce blue num-nums into the situation, you might not remember your name when you're done, let alone how to fish a jig in the rocks..................

    Long range scope suggestions

There are 2 ways a company can offer a warrantee like that. 1. Build stuff so well that it doesn't break/wear out. Zeiss, Leica, and Swaro do that well. I've owned multiple examples of each and have yet to have an optical problem with any of them. Did have an LRF issue w/2 Zeiss Victory RF...

    Don't go down this road......

I liked the flat torque curve of the 5.4L. I could tow my boat in OD most of the time @ 70MPH. In a headwind lock out OD. When I wanted to tow something heavier than the boat, just lock out OD and it'd tow anything I stuck behind it @ 70MPH. If a person was intelligent about choosing the...

    Minnesota Bear Hunting

Milky oats or sunflowers wil concentrate bears. Sweet and/or strong scents will bring bears to bait. Used fryer grease will cause bears who've been on your bait to leave a trail for other bears to follow back to your bait. Dog food is cheap bulk and fatty enough to keep bears coming in, is...

230hrs on a Suzuki outboard is like 23,000mi on a Honda or Toyota car. Change the oil, lower unit lube, and fuel filter every year. You’ll likely never have to do anything else.

    Native Treaty Rights

I ask because I have't any sort of a clue. Was the 1868 treaty referenced in the court case struck and agreed to by all Native American tribes of the time, or was it a treaty that was made with and therefore applies to just the members of the Crow tribe? Then the next question is does this...
