    Worked with a guy that moved from Montana and when he went to license his 10 year old pickup in ND they wanted him to pay sales tax on it.

    Online sales have had an impact on state revenue which has to be made up somewhere else. 1st ND needs to get their spending in check and then by taxing online sales maybe we could reduce taxes across the board

    Congratulations I did the same thing a year ago and had the wife with and I was on the fence but she made the mistake of saying if you want one go ahead. I am still waiting for it, another two to three months I am being told. They need to figure out a way to speed things up 14 to 15 months...
