    On 1-1-17 they were releasing 16,000 and I would assume the river was frozen over by then so why did they drop the releases between 13,000 to 14,000 though Feb & Mar with it getting as low as 12,800. Their operating plan is reactive not pro-active when it comes to flood control.

    That was nice to shore fish when the road made the loop but slowly the G&F has blocked everything off. First they put a gate so you could not drive to the sand bar and then after the flood they put the fence up by end of the road that heads west.
