    I have recently started hitting the BMX track with my daughter, and I have to say "It's like riding a bike.." does not really apply. It's a LOT more work than I remember, even though the bikes are WAYYYY better. I get the bike 4" off the ground, and my heart about comes out of my chest.

    Similar when casting with, or sideways to, the current. I pull the tip of my rod back just as my lure hits the water. Especially when casting with the current, but into the wind. Especially especially after dark.
