    I don't want my bunks too slick, I want to be able to unhook before backing down. I know the drotto latch has the easy release, buts its still too much for y partner to do when we are unloading.

    I grew up in SD and as a kid everyone road hunted, or so it seemed. And it isn't as easy as some on here make it out to be. The second they hear the vehicle slow down, they bolt for cover LOL.

    Galvanized steel, it was free so that's what we used. It should paint. It's all about functionality. - - - Updated - - - Plus the welder was my neice, she's a hell of a welder and a hard working rancher.
