    I'm not a fan of them but will probably fish in more this year than any other year of my life. My buddy really likes them, because it forces him to get up here and fish. So because of him I'm getting in maybe 3 this year. I think there are just too many of them, and clog up the boat ramps...

    Skin them, then breast them out. Use Turkey breasts in ANY CHICKEN RECIPE. Dice, slice, grill, roast, whatever you can think of will work. Don't waste time plucking them. I use Drumsticks and thighs in soups
