    Or miss a chip shot field goal to win the game, or worse yet miss a chip shot FG to ice the game, then prevent defense and the other team goes down and wins it. We've all lived it before, the home NFC championship game in the late 90's was the worst.

    Losing in the playoffs isn't always an Epic Failure. I understand its SB win or bust, to most. But unless you blow the SB like Atlanta did last year, I don't 2nd place as bad. Certainly not an Epic failure. And yes Vikings fans are all expecting to be let down, the odds are in favor of it...

    The Vikings will get the HIGHEST seeded team that wins. Philly gets the LOWEST. If the Rams win, Vikes get the Rams, since they are the 3rd seed, other winner won't matter. The only way the Vikes play Saints or Panthers is IF Atlanta WINS. Philly will lose to any team in the playoffs IMO.

    Philly is really hurting without the golden child. Vikings look very good to get a 1st round bye which means home field for Divisional round! IF they can come out and play well that first payoff game, I really like their chances to go to SB, for two reasons. One, I think they can beat Philly...

    Well lets see....they pitched a shutout...... on the road..... Outdoors in very cold weather....... Prime time game........ in Lamo Field....covered a 9.5 point spread....= Azzz kicking in my book! Vikings have a History in of laying an egg in Prime Time, outdoors, and in cold.
