Is this going to be like one of those "Don Johnson married Melanie Griffith" urban legends?

    deformed mt lion

Blinky, the three-eyed wonder fish. Nobody else watched The Simpsons? I think, and I'm no biologist, that that extra set of chompers resembles upper canine teeth, not the supposedly missing lowers. Anyhow, no petting that kitty. NICE kitty. Yes you ARE...

So yeah, this is a generic sticker. But nobody could/would copyright this. I think it was $8 or $10. Not enough to worry about, but enough to make a couple bucks. PS, if you're behind this guy in traffic, give him a break, he's probably asleep.

I would seriously contribute, just to help a store get going. PM me an address and I'll send some bucks. And stickers are a great idea. I know some people don't "do" stickers, that's their choice. No biggie, but an interesting sticker on a boat, or vehicle, or ice-sled, or whatever, is...

    Uncle Steve

I have most of the episode on Beta. - - - Updated - - - I too am a recent cordcutter. I have two words for you. Apple TV and Netflix. To say that I'm enamored, is an understatement. I chopped $95 off my monthly cable bill.

    Interesting phone call

The unfortunate part is that a lot of people (and I'm not picking on old people) fall for this crap. My dad is not a stupid person, but he is nearly 80, and some text popped up on his computer this summer, he called the number, they had him type some commands in, then sold him some "anti-virus"...

check it out. If you care, you can even take a picture of your face, and "try on" different frames, to see if you should go buy some skinny jeans.

Advice on keeping notes for fishing

I figure that anything I write down is better than nothing. Just this past spring I started writing (as often as I remember) the outings, and what I caught, and with what presentation. At least next year I can say "I started wading in mid-april".. or whatever.

    Ultimate Ice Pirate

Yeah, had this happen one night on John's Lake. No ice house. Just a lantern standing on a bucket in the middle of our set up, and mink were in a circle all around us, just at the edge of the light. Not like we were surrounded, but there were probably 6 or 7. Sneaky bastages. they got a...

I knew John Kennedy sir, and you are no John Kennedy. I will second zennioptical until the day I die. You get yourself a new pair of specs for $25-$50 including lenses, frames, coatings, and you'll sing all afternoon long. Heck, buy yourself 5 pairs (one for the bathroom, one for work, one...

    Braid to mono knot

I love when casting in the dark, in cold weather, when I feel that "Gods-Eye"/Dreamcatcher leave my reel. In my best bid for expedience, I figure that "it'll just pull itself out". Flash forward 10 minutes and I'm sitting on the ground, with my waders off, doing macramé with my toes, while...

    Braid to mono knot

Hmm, with how often I fish crankbaits, the above might be the reason that I haven't caught twice as many fish as I have. (mostly, it was the larger fish that I tore off - I just know it). I too thought, when I started reading this thread, "Why not just tie the braid to the snap-clip?". Food...

Bought Yeti Colsters for a couple of my coworkers for Christmas. They seemed surprised and happy. I'm anxious to hear the reviews come summer. Off topic - I know.

    R U A traditional or commercial christian?

In my own personal experience, not that anyone asked, I've learned that I'm not a good enough orator or argumentist, to change anyone's mind. I believe what I believe. Pretty simple. I believe in God. I believe in the benefits of going to church. Surrounding myself with like-minded people...

    Merry Christmas!!!

A+ on Simms stuff. Scheels in Bismarck has a few items, and they're top-notch. But before you lay out the green for retail, check www.simmsfishing.com They have a section called "specials" I think. Found a SWEET flannel there. Was $100, got it for $50. Still $100 on the rack at Scheels...
