    I don't think using that for walleyes would help you. If you have an active walleye that hits one of those "empty" spinners, they will be much less likely to hit your hooked offering at the back. My guess is they will ambush the first spinner that comes into view and the WTF factor will keep...

    Same gun that killed her goose, so I'm pretty confident we can knock a turkey over should one get within 30 yards or so. I don't quite think she's ready for a 12 though. That may take a couple years to work into. Should be a fun weekend regardless.

    I've been playing around with using over-sized and long shank hooks in my molds and I can use a 3/0 regular or long shank in my 1/4 oz mold with only a little bit of flow through around the edges for those "Big" baits that need a wide gap when the mold calls for #2 or 2/0. Same for my 1/8 oz...

    These weren't tank fish. These were wild fish caught in Panama out of Lake Gatun back in 1999.

    I'm on the same page as you guy. However, If I need to wear my rain gear long enough for the humidity in my shorts to become a factor, it's time to go as I really hate being late for the blue num num club get together at the local watering hole that occurs on a rainy day.

    My fish mounts are more about a memory than the size of the fish. MSA's doing a couple of special fish for me that have NOTHING to do with fish size. I'm hoping his skills and talent can resurrect and revitalize those memories for me.
