    My plate hangers are 10' 5/8" cold rolled bent into a "square U" and sharpened to stick into the ground. Chains welded on, plates hung on chains by S-hooks or steel carabiners.

    Reverse sear. Season 3-4 days prior to adding heat.

    Check eyes, ears, and toes. Little extra kibble after a hard day. Maybe a doggie aspirin if he hunts and groans on day 2. Being a spaniel, he gets some snipping and brushing to get the stickers out too.
