    Davey, Quite honestly, I fail to see any advantages for you in this current piece of legislation. It doesn't make the Sheriff or Wardens do their job, nor does it encourage you to pursue trespassers. The ONE and ONLY thing it does is remove the requirement for the landowner to post their land.

    I imagine they use the big motor to get up in the shallows and they pole around from there until they get ready to leave. There's an awful lot of shallow water within a mile or two of that boat ramp. You wouldn't want to run a prop up in those shallows as it's full of wood.
