    I have 2 Saddle mountain skinners (I got one as a present that has my name etched in it) and a Bushcrafter. I love them. I did send all 3 in last year to get sharpened and I was extremely happy with the results. Only about 2 weeks went by between when I sent them off and went I got them back...

    I agree. We buy 1/2 a beef every year from a guy in Napoleon and have Schmitt Locker in Napoleon butcher it. We are extremely happy with both and them. Its nice to support local and its WAYYYY better quality and is cheaper than buying it from the store.
