    Camping in the Badlands

I've never had issues with snakes, in both floored and floorless. Mice and mosquitoes piss me off though.

    Deer Licenses

Interesting fact.....Every time I look back at this poll I see the side of "keep things as is" always increasing.

    Deer Licenses

I did the math on 1 unit which had a 39% success rate to draw a rifle buck tag last year. In order to bring that percentage up to 40%, 20 other hunters would have to forgo their archery/gratis/ML license so their tags could go into the rifle lottery. If you desire a 50/50 lottery for a rifle...

    Soybean welfare plan

I would agree there is a point of "where it's your business". And also a point of "who gives a fuck". Most of this thread falls into the latter. Edit: To be clear, I have no issues discussing the merits of the soybean relief, or trade wars. Where it gets petty is the constant animosity towards...

    Soybean welfare plan

We also all need to quit worrying about what everyone else is doing, or getting, or thinking and mind our own business. The world would be much better off without elitist pricks of all flavors.

    String Trimmers

I have an old 2 stroke gasser. And a cheap battery trimmer. I much prefer the gas. It is actually quite a bit lighter then the battery, and much better power. The wife likes the battery one. If i was buying today I'd look at Stihl gas, or Milwaukee battery.

    Briskett

Costco Prime grade are the only briskets i will cook from now on. Brisket is a tough chunk of meat to get right, and one thing that I have not cooked enough of to get consistently "good' at... As you learned it's important to start off with a good chunk of meat to help level the playing field. I...

    3D Target

They are pretty accurate. Right down to all the places where there are bone in a deer. Except in the Full Rut it's metal, and is pretty good at wrecking arrows and broad heads. Now I know most people on the internet only hit the vitals, but I'm not one of them. :D I asked around last year and...

    Smoked beef roast

I would Google "pepper stout beef" and give that a try with that beef roast. I reverse seared a beef roast a couple weeks back and it just wasn't very good. Tough and I cooked to med rare. It would get dry as shit if you just smoked it to pulling texture, not enough fat in that cut. I think...

    Spotting Scopes

I went from a straight to angled and am 100% happy with my decision. WAY more comfortable when glassing in the field. Straights are better from a pickup window. But if you buy an angled that has a rotating body you can use angled pretty easily from a pickup also.

Not bad at all. Johnny B's in Jtown is ok too.....But if you want the real deal Neapolitan style, Fireflour in Bismarck is where it's at.

There are a few options for $600 and less that offer similar results to WFO cooking. Not exactly the same, but pretty similar if you know what you're doing. https://www.seriouseats.com/2017/05/best-backyard-pizza-ovens-review.html

    Pizza Corner pizzas

That's the brand I was trying to think of earlier. I had 1 when I came across it in a grocery store in west fargo one time. It actually reminded me of pizza corner, but much better. By far my favorite frozen pizza that has been mentioned so far. But for the record I still like pizza corner...
