    Barnes TTSX bullets

I agree. I use TSX 130s for deer out of my 270. Stick with what works, unless you want to experiment. I have a load for 110gr Vmax that i use for coyotes and prairie dogs, but have always used 130's for deer.

I Phone or Samsung need advice

I've got an iPhone 5 that i'm using, bought it in 2012. Ill second that the battery is junk when the phone gets cold, but as long as it's your pocket it'll be fine. I am going to be getting a new iPhone within a couple months, as mine the screen is starting to act up (already had it replaced...

    Finishing a basement

I did my basement 2 years ago. About 1250 square feet, 2 conforming beds, 1 non conforming bed (gun room), moved a staircase, 16x20 family room, laundry room and bathroom. I hired out the taping and texturing of the sheet rock, plumbing, electrical and hvac. We ended up spending just over 17k...

    Best wiper blades?

Bosch or Rain-x here. One thing to consider, it makes a huge difference when you apply the rain-x windshield treatment. Just make sure the glass is clean when you apply.

Curious as to what you guys run in your vehicles for motor oil, and filter. I'm currently running Mobil 1 5w-30, and fram ultra synthetic filters in my 04 Tahoe and my wife's 08 Enclave. I am thinking about switching filters to Baldwin, and also switching oil to royal purple 5-30. Just want...

    Tangy Summer Sausage Recipes

well i' guess i'm going to be the first that disagrees, cloverdale tangy is not the best store bought summer sausage. To me, the flavor gets old after a stick or two and i'm looking for something else for variety. My homeade stuff is good and is my go to, but prior to making it at home, I'd make...

    Best country style sausage

We make our own sausage, but bought our trimmings from 3Be, I didn't think it was greasy at all. Thats not adding deer either, all pork. I've heard of some people that add 10lbs of beef to 90lbs of pork for their country style sausage. Personal preference I guess. Are we getting into the...

    New fishing boat Yar Craft

I had an early 2000's yarcraft 1785 SC, i'm waiting for another user one here to chime in because he's had both the SC and the tiller. I liked my SC overall. there is a comment about that overall storage is lacking on these, and I would agree, but I think I still had 10+ rods in the rod...

    Tires

Falken wildpeaks on my tahoe. Have 14k miles on them, haven't had to add air, tread wear has been excellent. Didn't really notice anything negative last winter on the snow or ice, but my tahoe is AWD. They don't seem to throw many rocks, fairly quiet for how aggressive they are. I would...
