    Dotz are very good. grind them as fine as you can. We also really like saltines (ground as fine as possible) with lots of dill and lemon pepper added. egg wash, roll in breading, fry in 375° peanut oil, down the hatch.

    What a coincidence, I'm going through the same thing for almost 3 months now on my right elbow. Those Winnipeg trips were brutal! My Dr had me wearing a wrist brace to limit movement of that tendon and also gave me some nitro patches to put on the tendon that was supposed to increase bloodflow...
