    VELCRO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It works for me along with the tension method. I should add that I use 2" industrial, you can staple or glue one end if you want, but not necessary.

    It all seems so simple to get that assistance as it is right there in writing, yet you forget you are working with the government. Have seen where assistance was asked and didnt get there to help for 3 days and if not for 24/7 harassment the deer dont leave if no other food source in bad winters.

    I do not have info on this particular place, but my guess is the deer more than likely were tearing into his grain bags. It happens plenty in our area and is very costly adventure to the farmers.
