    I really like the layout of the 386xf but have never rode in one. I dont care for the carpet everywhere (on top of sides) in the alumacraft. Dont know anything about the allure. The lund 1875 crossover is really nice. Lots of room behind the glass. My inlaws have one and I love it.

    +1 on the ceiling fans in the garage. I just added these last year, 5 years after we built. I cant say I noticed a huge difference in heating costs since it was such a mild winter but it sure does dry everything out quickly. Would have probably been half the price if I would have had them...

    make the garage as big as possible. floor drains and hot/cold water spigot. Wider overhead doors make backing the boat in alot easier. I wish I would have put a laundry wash tub in my garage.

    Drift socks

    I use one alot on LOW when it is windy and I want to slow my drift down. Make sure you get one that has a separate rope/strap that goes to the back of the sock so it is much easier to retrieve.
