Actually, while Detroit is a shithole, I understand it's beginning to abandon it's welfare ways because they're broker than broke. People are actually beginning to take responsibility for themselves. Maybe I'm wrong.

not so much anymore. with the canadian dollar so low we are not seeing near as many canadians. It is kind of nice since they are terrible drivers but they did bring alot of money to our community. For a town our size, we have way more restaurants and hotels than normal and I think that is mostly because of canadian visitors.
