    I thank you for the new information. I haven't been around borings for about 20 years. When I had a couple of young guys working with me in the summers I always told them on Fridays to DOUBLE WRAP it if they took it out over the weekends or better yet leave it in your pants.;)

    They need to have it double bagged. ie the carrier pipe (oil) needs to be inside a casing pipe when crossing any body of water. My opinion only. However this method has been used in many applications and for alot of years.
