    Your Most Expensive Fishing Rod

Most expensive set up... bottom of Lake Audubon. Third time out with kayak. Was tied off but must have snapped the line with my leg as kayak turned turtle in less than a second. Tackle box luckily was waterproof and floated.

    Delivery Drivers

Very good observations. Boomers are getting out of the workforce, leaving gaps in the corporate brain trusts. Companies used to push out older (read more expensive)workers. About 10 years ago they realized these were the workers who would pull the company through the difficult times. They were...

Like Bauer said, download, duplicate, store at multiple locations. Pictures are moments in time, once lost, lost forever.

    Rifled Slugs

Used the rifled sabot slugs for a 12ga hunting deer in Ohio (shotgun only at the time). Shot remarkably flat to 80-85 yards fo a 1 1/4 oz hunk of lead.

    CEO/Staff reductions

Remember that many of these social media companies were hiring large numbers of people during the last couple years because of increases in use of their platforms thanks to the lockdowns. With the workplace returning to a new normal, people have less time to spend on social media. Companies are...

    Milwaukee or Makita?

Still have a lot of Dewalt, used for years in commercial construction, held up well. That said will be replacing with Milwaukee as they fail. Still like certain Porter Cable items though.

Billy Mumy as the kid with uncontrolled powers, "send it to the corn field" Burgess Meridith as the reader who survives nuclear apocalypse only to break his glasses And Bill Shatner loosing his marbles on an airplane. Great show, episodes still hold up. Same writer/director did Night Gallery...

    LEWT Tournament Winners BUSTED!

From the local prosecutor: “My staff will be meeting with officers from the Ohio Dept. of Natural Resources today regarding the matter. I take all crime seriously, including attempted felony theft at a fishing tournament,” O’Malley told TMZ Sports. “These individuals will be held accountable.”

The Progression of a Walleye Fisherman

Since I have spent most of my time on big water, (Lake Erie) my learning curve is different then most here. Started with weight forward spinners, think Erie Dearies. This was in the 80's when the lake was very muddy. After zebra and then quagga mussels arrived the water cleared considerably...

    LEWT Tournament Winners BUSTED!

Just got off the phone with a friend from Cleveland. These guys suddenly started winning tourneys last fall, always took fish with them after weigh in. Was prior grumbling about weights. Solution, all tourneys fillet and donate fish to food banks. I think they should invest some of their...

    Sak Channel Cats

Was trolling for walleye off Mallard yesterday. I thought I had snagged a log again but was in 60 foot of water (rig was around 48 feet down) Thumped a couple times so I realized it was not a log. Get it to the surface and it was a very large channel cat. Anyone else run into this while trolling...

    Left eye dominant shooting

I second Srputz's comment, hot casings hitting the face is a no go. I was forced to shoot right handed in boot camp, could not find where the shot went. Finally got to shoot left handed and the difference was amazing. Let him try both ways and let him choose what works best.
