    This guy is a borderline expert on "grass". I personally prefer the look, feel, and feeling of success of a glorious yard and lawn. When I pull into the driveway after a long cycle ride, I like to look over my estate and take it all in...haha Green healthy lawn lives matter.

    Well this is going to get interesting

    I doesn't do a ton of good to charge and fine these fools, as they have no money, or integrity either way. Sending them on down the road, and letting it be the next states issue is probably best. Us feeding and housing them in the clink for a few months would be a gift to most of them.
