    End of Ice Fishing

    I unloaded the trailer, and Ranger last night. Put the fish house up in the back yard to air it out, and make sure its all dry, and of course we are getting rain now. Charge the Vex, put that away, and will finish the ice gear storage tonight. Looks like I am done, and I really didn't even start.

    My last 3 batches I have unfortunately over dried. Not sure how I lost my touch, but I am very unhappy about it. I use my Bradley on the Jerky, as I can get so much more in it then on the traeger. Flavor, and amount of smoke are right, but just too damn dry. How long are you guys leaving it...

    ATV Trailer Length??

    I use a 16' dual axle light duty car trailer. Pulls nice, and I have room for the Ranger, and fish house all hooked up and ready to go. I would like an enclosed one eventually, but don't use what I have enough to justify buying one. Would be nice to leave everything in the trailer and be secure.

    I had the original meat mountain about 3 years ago. it was all the chatter on FBO so I took the plunge. $10.00 and one huge bitch of a sammich was a damn feast for a fat guy even.

    Cups up or down?

    mrs johnr stores our glassware down, and the coffee cups up. Her method is just fine in my cupboards. They are generally dry once taken out of the dishwashing machine.
