    I prefer my burger to be in the 80/20 mix, that fat adds all the flavor. Problem with store bought meat is all the water weight that is put into the packaging. Its probably 10% or more of the total weight.

    Just renewed my CCW about 3 months ago, and my Utah permit just last week. I don't always carry in just ND, but when I do I will no longer need a permit.
