    Yes I believe you are correct on the redbelly dace. I call em "Crazy Minnows" man they go crazy when you first empty your net into buckets. They will fly out quick, or just crash into the sides of a the bucket until they are so stunned they die.

    Not sure how one would judge the better fisherman. Most pounds, or biggest 6 fish? I guess the way I look at it, is if you were able to sell ALL your fish like a commercial fisherman, than most pounds would pay the most. They would have to meet a minimum length though.

    We seine in SD, Oak Creek. I have got them in my minnow traps in Sioux Co. though. There are some very weird life in creeks. There is one minnow I'd like to try to keep alive, but they go crazy in the bucket and jump out, or die fast. They have a blue and red stripe down the side.

    When seine netting creeks I've got them before. Kept one alive in my aquarium for a while. They use their fins like legs and scoot around on the bottom. I believe rainbow darters is what I came up with when I identified it.

    How many fish were measured/weighed for that total? On a side note....Why couldn't AIM, with a crr format, allow you to weigh ALL FISH CAUGHT? Lets say you can measure any fish over 15" and whoever has the most inches/weight wins. Isn't that a better measure of who is a better fisherman?

    Ya but you have to set up accounts with off-shore books. I never did take the plunge, since I have a local bookie. Thus the one vote no on here is probably one. - - - Updated - - - Yes, that would suck. I would just stick to by bookie. The only thing is I'd like to be able to live bet...
