I am 6'1" and at 255#'s, I was down to about 225 6 months ago, but this shake diet mrs johnr had me on was more than I was able to maintain. She is 5'4", and a hefty 115#'s, and she thinks she needs to loss 10.
I don't drink beer/ alcohol everyday, but I am sure I add a good 3000 calories a week...
